What is a Doula?
_Doula is a Greek
word that has now come to mean a woman experienced in childbirth who
provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the
mother and father/partner before, during, and just after childbirth.

My Services:
As a Birth Doula, I will do my best to provide emotional support, physical comfort, nurturing, and communication with your family and the hospital or home birth staff as needed. I aim to offer you and your partner guidance and advocacy for your birth wishes as much as possible. I may help with relaxation, positioning, massage, and other techniques. Birth photography is also available upon request.
